@UNFCCC released #NDC #SynthesisReport ahead of #COP29. Despite #COP27 and #COP28 call for NDC reviews, two years later, carbon budget figures for 2020-30 remain unchanged exceeding 1.5ºC by 30 GtCO2 by 2030. Gap between commitments and #PA mitigation goal still persist.
