By making it mandatory they aren't allowed to deny lunch breaks to those that would like one and they also aren't allowed to hold it against employees that choose to take them

And any profit made from the merch sales goes towards the campaign therefore making it a contribution and subject to US Law under Campaign Finance regulations including those that forbid foreign donations

They hit the working class harder than they hit those at the top. Consumption taxes take more from those who can least afford it and less from those that can absolutely afford it.
