Do NOT use #SpotHero,it's a SCAM.Over the weekend I used SpotHero 2reserve a parking spot in NYC@ the lot,the attendant explained 2 me that the lot wouldn't honor SpotHero.I was forced2 pay out of pocket.After I requested a refund from SpotHero they say I must wait 6-8WEEKS.

Do not use #SpotHero it's a scam in NYC. They take your $$ & when u go to the lot, the attendants refuse2 honor your reservation. You r then forced to pay out of pocket. When you ask SpotHero for a refund they say it takes 6-8 WEEKS (???) to get your refund.

SpotHero is really the worst company/application. They have bugs in their payment system and they even refuse to offer refunds for double charges. Engineering there must be a joke.
