@firstdrafthell I'd definitely have gone in to compilers if the pathways were clearer, but I equally enjoy sticking with a project a long time. 5+ years in I find a project gets more interesting, not less.

Docker Desktop I switched an entire org away from because of user management.

Stunned that the @Telstra webshop won't let me spend $650 outright on some 5G hardware. Vague error messages, failed sign-ins, failed redirects. Looks like a disastrous Salesforce setup. Guess I'll go to a reseller.

@Telstra Gave it a shot. But was told an appointment is needed and none available for a few hours. I'll again make the point that this is a ridiculous set of hurdles to put on an outright/upfront purchase.

@Telstra You did not. Your systems want an in-person credit check at a Telstra store. To sell me something that isn't on credit. You even stopped Good Guys from selling it to me, in person.
Just comically bad customer service.

@Grumpydev @ailon Don't remember the last time I carried cash. To be honest I couldn't tell you what Swedish currency looks like or what the denominations are. Lots of places just flat out don't accept it any longer.

@jchannon Few shared libraries that themselves don't share dependencies.
Gets messy to maintain when they all depend on something like a JSON library and need to keep them in sync with each other.

Found @runatlantis and think I've finally have a @HashiCorp Terrafotm setup I am comfortable with. Early days, but it checks the boxes I've had in mind.
Now to get @mitchellh to drive through removing the overly verbose external update notices from plans 🙏

When did @netflix make this change to search? Now I need to scroll sideways, down, and past duplicates, just to see the results? This is awful.
