@Pret Thank you, that’s very useful. Response appreciated. I hope you consider some sort of agreement as I know franchises are going to grow exponentially for you (my job involves retail consulting). It would be a shame for a two tier system.

@Pret didn’t realise your subscription didn’t work in franchise stores? As far as I’m concerned, I have a pret subscription - not a Pret equity only subscription? Given all your growth will be franchise, wouldn’t it be worth agreeing a franchise deal on subscription custom?

@Pret Hi - I’d rather get an answer in a public forum, so others might benefit from your view? I just think you see a Pret, order & then go to use your subscription and are told it doesn’t work. Doesn’t give that special customer feeling which @pret was so famous for?
