A railway controller, duty manager & incident responder, managing a high frequency service. Volunteer ambulance first responder, Guide Dogs myGuide trainer.
@greateranglia Hi. My wife (who is blind) is on the 10:54 from Liv St, heading to Cheshunt. Still at Liv St, no announcements. I see from TfL there may be signalling probs? She did book assistance, but if the train is cancelled can someone go back and assist her off the train?
@TLRailUK Turfed off of 9T09 at West Hampstead, told no trains to London - totally understand considering trespassers. Until 9R85 immediately behind us non-stops through West Hampstead and continues its journey to St Pancras via the core, leaving a thousand odd people heading to LU…
We’re committed to providing our volunteers with a wide variety of CPD opportunities, like today’s training with @TfL
If you’d like to get involved with our ER scheme, applications will close at 23.59 on Sunday 23rd November

@phriendlyphotog Hey. Just saw your YouTube video re London cross posted onto Reddit. Not sure if it was your OP or not. Either way, if you visit London again feel free to drop me a line if you fancy visiting a Service Control Centre. Good video 👍🏻
@OctopusEnergy Starting to think you secretly employ my wife’s Guide Dog, Grace. First, you give us savings sessions, so we knock off the breaker and take her for walks. Then, with the points we earn, she gets a squeaky octopus. Then she rips it so I have to order another 🤷🏻♂️😂🐙
@TheTransportHub@EastMidRailway@StPancrasInt It’s just being moved upstairs closer to their gateline (at least this is what I was told by the staff inside). I do hope Thameslink will increase the staffing of their ticket office to compensate.
@tomhfh@ShumBaloo The station was opened on 18 December 1890 as part of the first successful deep-level tube railway, the City and South London Railway (C&SLR), and was rebuilt in 1922 when the tunnels were enlarged.
#BHER01 was out again last night responding to multiple calls in the local area.
Clayton and Daniel both work for @TfL but volunteer for BHECCS in their spare time.

@ActonObserved@smok1279@NorthantsPolice Rule 277 in the Highway Code has additional rules for motorways and includes
“•DO NOT place a warning triangle on the carriageway”
One of the things I recall from my larger vehicle theory test!
@_Tom_A_Ward @EastEnglandAmb@BHECCS Yeah to be fair the LOMs at Hemel have been very welcoming and flexible with sorting stuff out. Crews seem interested to learn the ER SOP. All positives so far. Look forward to meeting the team later.
Another day another ambulance! 🚑 out and about once again with colleagues from @EastEnglandAmb promoting the new @BHECCS Emergency Responder scheme, which goes live tomorrow! 🎉
@TLRailUK Thanks. I can see the 00:46 from STP to Peterborough is now also delayed, stuck at London Bridge also. Does this mean the 00:58 from St Pancras will also be delayed, in which case there is no point in me waiting here, or does that come a different route?
@TLRailUK As usual, appalling information during disruption. I understand you have a points failure at East Croydon. Staff at St Pancras don’t. Is 9W16 cancelled, showing on the boards just as ‘delayed’, can’t see it on any diagrams anywhere?
