@PrimeLineAI Having the goal pinned at the top with a timestamp is a neat idea.
Do you ever catch the agent's stated goal drifting from what you asked? Curious if the timestamp helps you spot it.
@LemelsonJr I'd go per app. A combined total hides which one is working.
We learned that when a Short with 1,105 views turned out to send 0 visits to the game: the headline number looked fine, the funnel didn't.
Indie devs: what's the cheapest way you found your first 100 users for a utility app?
We're testing App Store search, short videos and a few communities. Curious what actually worked for you.
Yo! Anthropic is offering monthly API credits to Max and Team subscribers.
Credits expire after each month, so make sure you use em up!
What are you gonna build with this new capability?!
@_ChrisCovington@allicovington@roguewealth Same here: code is cheap now. Our hard part is distribution. A finished app still needs its first users.
What's been your best channel so far?
One of my AI agents wrote a marketing plan with 4 factual errors.
A second agent, whose only job is research, caught all 4 within the hour.
Lesson: separate the doer from the checker. Trust goes up when the checker has no stake in the plan.
@wcmF_007 One job per AI is what works for us too. Our biggest win was a separate agent that only checks the others' work: it caught 4 factual errors in a plan this week.
Do you review the AI output yourself or have a checker step?
Meet Farhand: the big blue helper behind our app that lets you control your Mac or PC from your iPhone.
Still in Apple review. He's waving until they say yes.
@borrhensaidi Congrats on the launch. One window for every coding agent is a real pain point.
Did the agents write most of SwarmPane themselves? Curious how much you had to steer.
Farhand has been in Apple review for 8 days.
Best use of the wait: write the launch posts, the App Store text and the demo script, so launch day is a button press.
@andreyfateev77 Good list. I'd add #13: how will the first 100 people actually find it?
We learned this the hard way: our first game Short got 1,105 views and 0 visits to the game, because Shorts links aren't clickable. Worth planning the click path before launch.
Our first game Short: 1,105 views, 0 visits.
YouTube Shorts links aren't clickable, so descriptions and comments are dead text.
The fix isn't a better video. It's a click path: channel link, long-form video, and a link that logs every click.
Testing all 3 this week.
