i-Space just wrapped up a critical series of tests using a full-scale Hyperbola-3 mock-up to validate the launch system at Hainan commercial launch site
Watch the waves from yesterday’s M8.8 megathrust earthquake near Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula roll across seismic stations in North America. Just amazing.
Our Sun finally aims straight for Earth! NASA model predictions show a very fast #solarstorm travelling near 1000 km/s that could hit Earth by midday June 1. A slower storm ahead might cause a slight traffic delay, but G4-levels by June 2 are possible. This means #aurora may be visible deep into mid-latitudes. Considering we expect big flares to continue on Earth's dayside over the next few days, this means both the dayside and nightside radio bands will remain noisy, with periodic disruptions. Amateur #radio operators, #GPS/GNSS users like precision #farmers, and #aircraft/UAV pilots should plan accordingly.
#BaylorGrad Thank you!

Hey @comma_ai, any chance you’d build a retrofit AI manual parking assistant for older cars (non drive-by-wire)? Just want real-time steering guidance for trailer/reverse parking — camera + ultrasonic + phone-based voice copilot. Like Comma Copilot Lite. Possible?

“Everyone’s got a pretty big case of anxiety here. In two words: Please don’t. Punch me in the arm. Smack me in the head. But please don’t put a tariff on"
— Steven Center, head of Kia’s U.S. operations
The boundary between the core and the mantle, 3000 km deep, is scattered with island/blobs of strange material. In this study, @CarlMartin_ uses seismic waves to image one of these beneath the mid Pacific. https://t.co/EGbMN6yVDL
