Hands on knees recovery > Hands on your head
A lot of our coaches had it wrong back in the day, and there’s research to back it up.
In this thread I’ll explain the biomechanical reasons why “hands on knees” is superior.
Please stop having athletes:
- Do bodybuilding splits
- Use CrossFit as a main training tool
- “Max out,” every week
- Train every day
- Run miles upon miles
- Use a ladder as primary speed work
- Use a theragun as a main recovery tool
- Go to chiropractors instead of PTs
Older adult clients are the best. Not only do you typically have them year-round, but they also make you feel good
