@leadlagreport My concern is that we have millions of years of evolution making is as efficient as possible to do the things we need to do. Trying to get make machines think like us is probably not the best department deployment of resources.

@bryan_johnson I'm confused by "one cup 6 hours before bed acts like half a cup before bedtime" is that the caffeine half life? Should I drink decaf at night or not? The survey data I remember reading is that one cup of coffee a day in the morning is the best for health.

@Mayhem4Markets I've bought or sold about a dozen properties. Some with and some without an agent. As a buyer is does help if you're experienced and have a good agent but there aren't enough good agents who are actual fiduciaries. As a seller it's more helpful.
