Checked in to Hyatt Pune, only to find my room was changed without any prior intimation. No explanation, no apology, no courtesy. Just a silent switch. But I accommodated.

But then went to their spa, came back to my room & opened a "sealed" comb package & found a comb that looked USED! 😱 Recycled hotel amenities?

Disgusting & unhygienic. If they’re reusing combs, what else are they reusing? Toothbrushes? Horrifying to even think about.

Raised my concerns with GM Sandesh Parab - & that’s when things went from bad to worse.
Instead of listening, he was rude, condescending & dismissive.

When I told him not to do this & that social media can make or break reputations these days, he shouted at me & said:
"Do what you want, I’ll see what I need to do!" I asked his permission to take his pic to highlight the issue, he became nasty.

This is how @HyattPune GM treats guests.

Paid Rs 2300 consultation fees at @HospitalsApollo Sarita Vihar for consultation with Senior Doctor. Assistant came and discussed the case for 10-15 mins. Senior Doctor came later. Discussed things with his Assistant. Meanwhile his Assistant suggested what to do or what no.....where is the expertise/suggestions/experience of Senior Doctor??

What kind of behavior is this @HospitalsApollo ??

Who will inform us that consultation fee is charged for consultation with Assistant and not the Senior Doctor. We took prior appointment for consultation with Senior Doctor.
