Also given beta blocker, magnesium, adenosine. Only reverting with shock and flipping back to BCT.
Stable after sedation and intubation.

A man in 60s, healthy, exercising regularly, no medical history presented with broad complex tachycardia and dizziness. Stable BP. Vagal manoeuvre, amiodarone loading followed by infusion. No effect. Dropped BP, shocked. Baseline rhythm as below.
