Every milestone towards Viksit Bharat – 2047 is a step towards realizing the visionary dream of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji. The National Launch of VB-G RAM G from Mukkavaripalli in Railway Koduru Constituency, Andhra Pradesh, is one such historic milestone, making it a proud and memorable occasion for our State.

My heartfelt gratitude to Hon'ble Union Minister for Rural Development Shri @ChouhanShivraj Ji for graciously honouring our request and launching VB-G RAM G from Andhra Pradesh. This recognition reflects the Government of India's confidence in our State's commitment to transparent governance, effective implementation, and accelerated rural development.

The announcement of ₹7,707 crore for Andhra Pradesh under VB-G RAM G, coupled with ₹422 crore under PMGSY-IV for 146 road works covering 347 km and 19 bridges, is far more than an investment in infrastructure—it is an investment in the aspirations of our villages, the dreams of our farmers, the opportunities for our youth, and the future of rural Andhra Pradesh.

I also express my sincere gratitude to Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji, whose unwavering commitment to rural empowerment continues to transform the development landscape of our nation. These landmark initiatives stand as a testament to his vision of creating vibrant, self-reliant villages as the foundation of a Viksit Bharat.

The confidence reposed in Andhra Pradesh through one of the country's largest allocations under VB-G RAM G is both an honour and a responsibility. The Government of Andhra Pradesh accepts this responsibility with utmost sincerity. We are committed to ensuring that every sanctioned road, every bridge, and every rupee entrusted to us is translated into quality infrastructure, improved livelihoods, and lasting development. ‘పంచాయతీరాజ్ వ్యవస్థ కేవలం పిటీషన్లు తీసుకొని వాటిని పైకి నెట్టేసే వ్యవస్థలా కాకుండా... ప్రజల కష్టాలు తీర్చే పవర్‌హౌస్ లా మా��ాలని ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి, పంచాయతీరాజ్, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు పిలుపునిచ్చారు. గత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో సరైన ప్రణాళికలు, విజన్ లేకపోవడం వల్లే గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు తమ పూర్తి సామర్థ్యాన్ని కోల్పోయి నిర్వీర్యమయ్యాయని, స్థానిక సంస్థల నిధులను దారి మళ్లించడం, గ్రామ సభలను నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయడం వల్ల గ్రామీణ స్వపరిపాలన వ్యవస్థ తీవ్రంగా దెబ్బతిందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ లోపాలను సరిదిద్ది, ప్రస్తుత కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం గ్రామ పంచాయతీలను మళ్లీ పూర్వవైభవానికి తీసుకురావడానికి గట్టి పట్టుదలతో పని చేస్తుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు. గడిచిన రెండేళ్ల కాలంలో రూ.4200 కోట్ల నిధులను నేరుగా గ్రామ పంచాయతీల ఖాతాలకు బదిలీ చేశామని తెలిపారు. మంగళవారం రాత్రి ప్రభుత్వ అదనపు కార్యదర్శి, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి ఒ.ఎస్.డి. శ్రీ కఠారి వెంకటకృష్ణ గారి పదవీ విరమణ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా శ��రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ... “పాలనాపరంగా నాకు పెద్దగా అనుభవం లేకపోయినా, 2 లక్షల మంది ఉద్యోగులతో కూడిన పంచాయతీరాజ్ వ్యవస్థను ఇంత విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించడానికి శ్రీ వెంకట కృష్ణ గారే కారణం. ఆయన దగ్గర ఒక విద్యార్థిలా మారి ఎన్నో పాఠాలు నేర్చుకున్నాను. 36 ఏళ్ల సుదీర్ఘ సర్వీసులో ఆయనపై చిన్నపాటి మరక కూడా లేదు. పంచాయతీరాజ్ వ్యవస్థలో ఆయన ఎన్నో సంస్కరణలు తీసుకువచ్చారు. అలాంటి వ్యక్తి రి���ైర్ అయిపోతున్నారని తెలియగానే భుజం కొట్టేసినట్లు అనిపించింది. అందుకే ఆయన సేవలు మరో మూడేళ్లు కొనసాగేలా చర్య��ు తీసుకున్నాం.

• ఇటువంటి అధికారుల వల్లే వ్యవస్థలపై నమ్మకం పెరుగుతుంది
ప్రజల జీవితాల్లో వెలుగులు నింపే ఎన్నో ఉన్నతమైన ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల రూపకల్పనలో ఆయన ముద్ర స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తుంది. కేవలం పథకాలను రూపొందించడమే కాదు... ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థల నియంత్రణలో, ప్రగతిశీల అభివృద్ధిలో, అత్యుత్తమ పరిపాలనా విధానాల అమలులో ఆయన చూపిన చొరవ అసాధారణమైనది. ప్రభుత్వ రంగంలో ఆయనకున్న అపార అనుభవం, సంక్లిష్ట సమయాల్లో ఆయన తీసుకున్న కీలక నిర్ణయాలు, చూపిన మేధస్సు నేటికీ, రేపటికీ ఎప్పటికీ ఎంతో మంది అధికారులకు, ఉద్యోగులకు ఒక దిక్సూచిలా, మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలుస్తాయి. పాలసీ మేకింగ్ నుంచి అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటివ్ రిఫార్మ్స్ వరకు.. హ్యూమన్ రిసోర్స్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ నుండి బడ్జెట్ అండ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ ప్లానింగ్ వరకు.. యాంటీ కరప్షన్ స్ట్రాటజీస్ నుంచి లీగల్ అఫైర్స్ వరకు ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగంలోని ప్రతి విభాగంలోన�� ��యన ముద్ర కనిపిస్తుంది. ఇటువంటి అధికారుల వల్లే ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థలపై ప్రజల్లో నమ్మకం రెట్టింపు అవ్వడంతో పాటు, వ్యవస్థలు బలోపేతం అవుతాయి.
