Simplifying property management at @getdoorspot. Sold my last SaaS solution for 7 figures. Passionate about building software customers love. How can I help?
@apenwarr Cross cloud is ideal for startups too from a cost perspective running prod workloads on a large provider while operating dev in more cost effective ones. Iโve implemented Tailscale now at 5 companies using this. The product is incredible.

Just finished reading https://t.co/rCpOXFuPO9 by @Patticus for the 2nd time. There is so much to unpack in this. Excellent guide! Can't wait to see what he has in store next.
The easiest way to start a SaaS is by entering a crowded market with BIG competitors.
No need to validate, just:
- build and launch
- be more affordable
- ship features faster
- listen to every user you get
The past 10 years I made companies $2.4 billion by fixing one piece of their business:
Their pricing.
Why'd they need me?
Because even the smartest people don't know how their pricing strategy should change over time.
So here's the exact pricing path to follow for growth ๐
Reminder: If you avoid even the potential for embarrassment, mistakes, failure, humiliation, or ridicule, you are really avoiding the potential for success.
Vow to stick your neck out in 2023.
It's worth every bit of ridicule to get the win.
@SnazzyQ Watched your retrofit video, it was great. Where did you find the unifi planning tool? I'm planning for my home and all I find is the generic, how many sq ft type planner. Would be great to upload floor plans
@lucacarettoni@flowfoot @ZFleischmann At the low end of that spectrum itโs not that difficult. I feel like more hurdles come around 3M and up. Iโve worked at a few 1-3M companies with 3-5 people.
@drgurner I am using a tablet but have switched to remarkable tablets. I no longer have scroll and the technique feels like paper. I have noticed retention is greatly improved vs other digital methods and saves the time from digital conversion later.
