Hackathon 02 just went live on @openservai with $5k in rewards, builders which track are you going for @dphnAI, @GoKiteAI, @reppo or bringing your own ideas to the Open track?
7 years ago they laughed.
Now, they’re racing to build what we saw coming.
→Faster, better, more transparent than paper ledgers
→Regulators benefit from clarity, not chaos
If Ponzinomics could fuel billions, imagine what RWAs can do.
the custodian of $114T just started minting. 20 participants signed, J.P. Morgan and Citadel Securities among them.
DTCC’s tokens keep every right and investor protection of the security underneath.
which means they keep every eligibility rule too.
so the bottleneck just moved. issuance runs through the depository now. the hard part is the wallet:
who’s allowed to hold the token and whether that’s enforced onchain or in a terms doc.
DTCC delivers to “wallets of choice.” the next wallet of choice won’t always have a human behind it.
that’s the layer we run: DARE Act licensed issuance, ERC-4626 vaults agent wallets can hold.
Sign up today and also receive @reppo API credits to build with Reasoning + Evals.
Now more than ever, we need fast, reliable, and verifiable agentic systems.
Using the combined stack of @openservai, @dphnAI, @GoKiteAI and @reppo accessible through single API calls, you can build and start to monetize zero human companies.
More ideas on what you can build with this stack below ⛽️
SERV brings @dphnAI, @GoKiteAI, and @reppo into the lab.
Pair their AI infra with SERV Reasoning to get more from smaller models, cut costs, and make every agent decision auditable.
SERV Hackathon 02 kicks off Monday. Pre-register now: https://t.co/6zCWEXWQZt
ICYMI, $SERV Hackathon 2.0 starts Monday, November 2 and runs until November 15.
This time, @OpenServAI is bringing @dphnAI, @GoKiteAI and @reppo into the lab.
Dolphin provides open-source AI models and cheaper ways to run them
Kite handles how AI agents identify themselves and make payments
Reppo focuses on checking how good their outputs actually are.
---
$SERV ties these pieces together with its reasoning layer, helping smaller models perform better, reducing inference costs and making agent decisions easier to audit.
Basically, the goal is to build AI agents that are not just capable, but cheaper and more reliable to run in production.
Pre-registration is open, and builders who sign up can receive $SERV credits to experiment.
Don't miss out
all eyes on $IXS 👀
👉 Moved its full token to Robinhood Chain
👉 Passed $100M in vault TVL
👉 Opened a $10M pre-IPO vault for eligible institutional investors

SERV v3 is live for the first cohort of beta testers!
The result of everything we've learned since the API beta went live in early summer - serving as an upgrade that directly caters to the demands of enterprise clients looking to implement AI agents at scale.
the @openservai team has been sitting down with serious people in the industry, CTO @dashersw met akar from neol to talk about ai reasoning, decision models and why current agent systems still fall short of enterprise and government expectations, then tested graph sharding on a few real prompts, one production task went from 7 seconds as a single llm call to 2.5 seconds, and CTO armagan is upfront that it’s a small set of prompts and not a benchmark, which is exactly why i trust it
then there’s abdul hadi asif, regional partner at cervana ai, he has launched products like cervana ai, arbrr, onboard and his profile lists @GoogleStartups, @AWSstartups and @nvidia behind his work, so he’s someone who ships ai products for a living, after talking with tim @open_founder and CTO @dashersw he tested openserv himself and called it genuinely convenient to integrate, of which i consider such comment a builder’s verdict instead of a pitch deck
the doors keep opening for developers too, openserv is now featured on the base builder stack and base builders get $30 in free serv reasoning api credits, and hackathon 02 pre-registration is open with $5 in credits, with @dphnAI, @GoKiteAI and @reppo as track partners, sign up before it fills up 👇

SERV v3 is now live for the first builder cohort.
Graph Sharding lets developers map AI workflows, inspect why decisions happen, and shape how each step runs: LLMs for open-ended tasks, deterministic code for bounded ones.
SERV is building the command center for agent systems.
Last week I sat down with Akar from Neol to talk about AI reasoning, decision models, and why current agent systems still fall short of enterprise and government expectations.
We also tested Graph Sharding, a feature in @openservai’s upcoming SERV v3 release on 3-4 real prompts. Some steps written as English prose could be handled directly with scripts and decision nodes. Graph Sharding routes workflow steps through the node types they need, including script, decision, and agent nodes.
In one run, a production task that took 7 seconds as a single LLM call took 2.5 seconds with Graph Sharding. That’s one result from a small set of prompts, not a benchmark, but it shows how the execution path can affect latency.
We’ll share more from the developer conversations soon. Graph Sharding beta access starts rolling out this week to a limited group of existing builders. Looking forward to seeing what they build with SERV.
OpenServ joins the Base Builder Stack.
Base builders can now leverage SERV Reasoning to build more reliable AI agents and automate complex workflows with frontier-level performance at a fraction of the cost.

RWAF member @IxsFinance is moving to Robinhood Chain 🪶
The move is to enable the next phase of IXS.
Another RWA builder heading to @RobinhoodApp's chain.
$IXS | The opportunity just got bigger. So did the bet.
Today’s AMA was arguably the most consequential update in IXS’s history.
Not simply because of the move to Robinhood Chain, but because it revealed how aggressively the team intends to scale the business.
Here’s what investors need to understand.
1. Real commercial traction.
IXS announced a $10M funded pre-IPO vault, its largest single addition to date, taking reported TVL beyond $100M.
This matters. It’s capital entering an operating platform, not another partnership announcement or roadmap promise.
2. A strategic move to Robinhood Chain.
IXS is consolidating fragmented token liquidity onto a network being built around tokenized financial assets.
The opportunity extends beyond tokenized stocks into private equity, credit, yield products and potentially AI-driven financial services.
Importantly, this is ecosystem alignment, not a formal partnership with Robinhood.
3. A substantial institutional pipeline.
150+ reported pipeline conversations, including major asset managers, exchanges, stablecoin issuers and distribution platforms.
Two top-tier exchanges are in due diligence, alongside several institutional initiatives.
The potential distribution opportunity is considerable, although conversations and due diligence are not signed contracts.
4. A clearer connection between business growth and token value.
25% of qualifying vault fee revenue will now fund open-market IXS buybacks and burns, increased from 20%.
More fee-generating assets can therefore create more token demand.
The mechanism is attractive. Its eventual impact depends on revenue, not simply TVL.
5. The elephant in the room: dilution.
The migration introduces a 2.5B maximum supply.
Existing holders receive 10 new tokens for every old IXS, representing 72% of the expanded supply.
The remaining 28% is allocated to liquidity, ecosystem incentives and development, with staged releases.
No new allocation goes directly to founders, employees or advisers.
But let’s be clear: this is dilution.
IXS previously had one of the more attractive supply structures among small-cap RWA projects.
That advantage has been compromised to fund expansion.
The question is whether the additional capital and incentives generate substantially more value than the dilution they introduce.
And this is where the investment case gets interesting.
IXS isn’t raising resources to build a business from scratch.
It already has regulated infrastructure, institutional vaults, live products and technology connecting traditional financial assets with onchain markets and autonomous agents.
Now it wants to scale distribution, deepen liquidity and establish an early position in emerging markets such as tokenized pre-IPO investments.
The opportunity is significant, particularly at a small-cap valuation.
But there are no guarantees.
TVL isn’t revenue. A pipeline isn’t contracted business. And commercial success doesn’t automatically translate into token appreciation.
My view?
The AMA strengthened my conviction in the underlying business while introducing a legitimate question about the cost of financing its ambitions.
The next phase needs to demonstrate that institutional adoption, recurring revenue and token buybacks can grow faster than the economic impact of new supply.
If management delivers, today’s dilution may prove a very worthwhile investment.
If it doesn’t, existing holders will have surrendered a meaningful share of the economics for growth that never materialised.
IXS has made its bet. Now execution needs to justify it.
$IXS #RWA
Robinhood Chain was built for tokenized stocks and RWAs - that's why $IXS moved there.
$10M pre-IPO vault is live on day one; vault TVL is past $100M now.
(for eligible institutional investors only)
@IxsFinance's roadmap is aligned with this move to RH chain:
✅ AI-agent vaults
✅ Partners are building on there
✅ 25% of vault fees go to buy-and-burn
✅ Market to borrow and lend against tokenized RWAs
and much more...
What is IXS?
A licensed yield layer for agentic finance: on-chain ERC-4626 vaults for tokenized RWAs that both people and AI agents can:
-> Hold
-> Transact
-> Earn yield on
It's regulated and has backers like Coinbase Ventures, Spartan Group and UOB.
If you hold IXS tokens, you need to migrate by 21 Dec 2026 at:

Robinhood Chain is here to tokenize stocks and RWAs, and its eco remains one of my favorites to buy atm.
$IXS @IxsFinance just announced they'll move their token to Robinhood Chain and launch a $10M pre-IPO vault (for eligible institutional investors).
This makes sense imo because the next phase of its roadmap is built there and moving to Robinhood Chain will benefit @IxsFinance.
But before diving into the benefits, let's first look at what IXS is.
TLDR:
IXS is the licensed (also licensed to operate for US users) yield layer for agentic finance.
It provides onchain vaults for tokenized real-world assets that both people and AI agents can hold, transact, and earn yield on.
So why does this move make sense?
IXS is heavily focused on RWAs and Robinhood is building its chain into a market for exactly that.
→ 190+ Robinhood Stock Tokens are live on the chain, backed 1:1 by shares.
→ Robinhood shared they logged $15B in trading volume and about 200,000 holders in the chain's first 100 days
→ IXS is a regulated platform for tokenized RWAs.
→ IXS opens a $10M pre-IPO vault on day one of the move, taking vault TVL past $100M
I like this move to Robinhood Chain because this helps IXS with new RWA vaults with partners and new products built on tokenized US stocks.
It's nice to see solid builders are moving to the green chain 🟢
What is $IXS ?
IXS is in the process of deploying its licensed rails for RWA across all major chains.
IXS takes RWA products, such as those from the worlds leading financial institutions like Blackrock or crypto entities tokenizing assets, and makes these available through a massive distribution network which will include leading exchanges, apps being able to make those products available to their 100s of millions of users, and opened up to AI through agentic vaults across all major chains - all whilst fully licensed and compliant.
This isn't something anyone can do overnight. Its taken years to put it all together, and its coming this Q4.
It's already launched on BNB, next up is RH, then BASE, and all other major chains. It's going to play a major role in the RWA scene you are currently seeing start.
The story so far:
👉 ICO in late 2021, back then known as IXSwap, an RWA AMM and launchpad concept to validate their tech in the pre-Trump anti-crypto anti-RWA bleak era.
👉 Launched by a team of experts in finance, legal, compliance, with all the licences needed to do RWA.
👉 Backed by Coinbase Ventures, UOB Venture Management, and others
👉 Advised by Gabriel Abed, chairman of the board at Binance, and Balaji Srinivasan, former CTO of Coinbase
👉 With the arrival of Trump in 2025 and a pro crypto White House and SEC, the company pivoted into a larger institutional orientated vision now that the door was open and the RWA era begins.
👉 Through 2025 IXS developed its platform into a licensed layer 0 API for RWA. A simple integration so that anyone (or AI agent) or any company can bypass the years of setup for compliance and legal in order to get licensed to do RWA, and lets them offer RWA products to all their users. It's like the stripe of RWA.
👉 IXS isn't just offering the licensed rails, they're building a distribution network with products from major financial institutions for anyone to offer their users.
👉 Through 2025 and 2026 they systematically began building this, in a multi-pronged effort:
- 1. Attaching the platform to institutional grade custody infrastructure
- 2. Getting RWA products from major institutions (Bonds, treasuries, private credit) onto the platform who will trust that infrastructure
- 3. Getting crypto exchanges, apps, sites to integrate with it and offering those products to their users, and open it up to AI agents
👉 In April 2026 IXS announced they partnered with
@BitGo
- One of the largest institutional holders of BTC. The degree of DD that would have been involved in this on the part of BitGo in order to agree to this indicates the level IXS is operating at.
👉 Together with BitGo theyve developed a BTC yield product specifically aimed at institutions that allows them to deposit their BTC and earn on it via IXS RWAs, which BitGo itself co-marketing and pitching it to its 1500+ institutions clients.
👉 IXS has also announced they are partnering with wBTC, which holds $8.5B in BTC, to make it available for BTC real yield by wBTC holders.
👉 In 2026 theyve also launched IXS USA to prepare to fully tap into the opening US market and secured the backing of Flowdesk who themselves received 100M in funding from Blackrock for RWA.
👉 Understanding that the future of most economic activity is going to be conducted by AI agents, IXS also began its Agentic Vault rollout.
👉 This allows any AI agent to use the IXS RWA vaults, depositing funds and earning on products from financial institutions such as Blackrock, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton.
👉 Binance announced in July 2026 that IXS's RWA Agentic API is now live on BNBChain
👉 Binance also announced last week that IXS vaults are now on the Binance app.
👉 Next comes Robinhood and BASE and the rollout to other major chains.
👉 Developing partnerships with agentic market (launched by Coinbase) circle.agent (launched by Circle) and many other new platforms and services in order to expand usage of the API
👉 In advanced talks with multiple major exchanges to integrate IXS tech so that the exchanges users can put their funds into RWA products to earn on their holdings
👉 Existing integrations from 2025 that will soon make use of all these incoming assets.
- LINE (The WhatsApp of Asia with 180M users, initially announced in 2025 with further details of the next phase coming soon)
- UnionChain (An RWA exchange with over 20M KYC'd users being developed and launched by the former CFO of Binance, which will use IXS tech)
👉 In the latest AMA in July 2026 they announced they are in advanced talks with a Tier 1 fund with over 1 trillion in assets to bring it aboard.
👉 The token operates a 25% buyback and burn on fees and when you factor in what that can do on just 1 of these upcoming integrations, the supply shock and PA potential is significant.
