@Sofology .....despite being promised by you're call handler a member of management in Head Office will call by the 25th May, still no call and it's now the 1st June 2026! Should have shopped @DFS ....that will teach me!

@Sofology called numerous times, sent in 3 online feedback forms about fiasco of current sofa order, promised every time its been escalated and a MGR will call me.....has it happened? NO!!!

@hm tried multiple times to buy a gift card online.....absolute rubbish.....different error messages each time......either "check billing address or too many attempts on the card (twice is not too many)".....
Or just a general error message. Ive tried different cards, but same!!!
