@TheTylerK @grantmcauley Sort of. They can essentially get Jarvis off the roster for free by optioning him. They can only get rid of HSK by cutting him, whereby they owe him the rest of his salary. If Dubon is going to be the SS, might as well pay HSK to lead chants than to sit at home.
