FRONT-BRAF: In stage IV BRAFV600E-mutant #NSCLC (n=284),1L ICI±chemo led to longer OS (40.9 vs 25.2 mo; HR 0.69). ORR higher w/ BRAF+MEK (63% vs 49%), PFS similar. Subgroups (PD-L1≥1%, TP53, smokers, age≥70, no brain mets) favored ICI.
