A Serbian minister, while campaigning, promised his audience that "he would once again raise their flag" in Kosovo.
Such inflammatory language might be brushed aside as political posturing were it not for the very real danger of emboldening those prepared to act on it. We have seen this before, too many times. #Banjska, where full accountability remains outstanding, stands as a stark reminder of what can happen when words become actions.
#Albania remains firmly convinced that the only path forward, however difficult, lies in good neighbourly relations, regional cooperation, and genuine efforts to heal the wounds of the past and advance towards reconciliation.
But there can be no sustainable regional cooperation while realities are denied, the legitimacy of neighbours is questioned, or threatening rhetoric is used for political gain.
Building peace and trust takes time, often years, if not decades. It requires vision, courage, determination, and sustained commitment.
#Europe itself was built on recognition, dialogue, mutual respect, and solidarity, not on denial, intimidation, or nostalgia for the past.
In the #WesternBalkans, we know all too well where division, nationalism, and inflammatory rhetoric can lead. We cannot afford to forget those lessons, let alone repeat them.
The Republic of #Kosova is an irreversible reality. It is a sovereign, democratic state, an equal part of our region, and a country steadily consolidating its place in the European and international community. It is home to all its citizens, regardless of ethnicity, and its future must be one of peace, security, inclusion, and European integration.
Albania has stood by #Kosova and will continue to support it in every possible way.
We see this not only as a commitment rooted in our close bonds, but also as a strategic investment in our shared #European future and in the peace, security, and prosperity of the entire region.
SPAK has searched Ron Yeffet's villa and taken papers from the Defence Ministry, Albanian media report.
@DrizanShala welcomes it, on conditions: shares are not an offence, a broker cannot sell a state's signature, and a defence file must not leak.

A Serbian-facing account is publishing images of Albania's army in the field at Bizë. A senior defence official tells Tirana Examiner that Albania has no counter-drone capability to stop it.
The purchase meant to close that gap now sits in a criminal file that leaked on its first day.
A fugitive set the scandal calendar. A studio aired it. SPAK was right to investigate, and details of its file were on the portals by mid-afternoon.
Nobody had to coordinate any of it. A hostile collector could not have asked for a better sequence.

Albanias army is being watched. The purchase that would stop it sits in a criminal file that leaked on day one. @DrizanShala explains how a country keeps itself exposed without any enemy having to break in. SPAK should read it. So should every embassy in Tirana.

The day after Vladimir Putin and Aleksandar Vučić put foreign interference in Serbia's election on the record, Vučić went on state television with "first information" about outsiders, insiders and election-night unrest. Two factories opened near Belgrade in twenty days. One Chinese, one Israeli. Same state industry, same engineers' town, and a treaty that keeps the whole thing out of any court.

Rubio left the UN saying Serbia is tied up in issues that are “problematic and explosive.” He did not name them.
Two factories opened near Belgrade in twenty days. One Chinese. One Israeli. They were reported as two stories.
They are one. The same state industry that absorbed a Chinese UAV design and sold it as Serbian is now the industry being taught a better Israeli one — under a treaty that bars disclosure, through a company that is not the partner announced.
Washington keeps asking what Chinese technology does when it enters Serbia. The unasked question is what leaves.

2001: Vučić calls sending Milošević to The Hague "Serbian criminals handing over their own."
2011: he reads out that arresting Mladić was Serbia's obligation.
2026: his party president calls it betrayal.
Two days after the burial, Macron gave him 80 minutes at the Élysée.
@DrizanShala argues that Đinđić was killed for the choice Vučić just unmade. Paris shrugged.

Serbian propaganda and its paid lobbyists in Washington have discovered what the CIA, the FBI, the 9/11 Commission and the State Department somehow missed for twenty-five years: that the Bosnian war was the first front of the war on terror.
They discovered nothing. They are manufacturing a threat assessment, and selling it to a Washington that is buying.

The Speaker of Serbia's parliament wants Europe to treat a Tirana demonstration for men still on trial as equivalent to state honours for Ratko Mladić.

Germany named Russia for Leipzig in four weeks. Six days before that drone came down, a Serbian court had already convicted three Serbian citizens for an operation at the Berlin Holocaust memorial carried out on orders and money from Russian intelligence. The verdicts were public in March. On 28 May Berlin agreed another €67.9m with Belgrade.

Independence from government was never meant to be independence from a judge. Parliament placed a coercive power inside SPAK and put no independent decision maker between it and the citizen it chooses to watch, for the first fifteen days. Our legal desk on the paragraph nobody talks about.

Rama is right about the accounts. That is not the end of the story. Who filed the reports is Meta's to answer, and how a Tirana rumour gets a European passport in eight hours is Brussels's to explain.

Brussels says Belgrade “knows what is at stake.” But there is no price, no deadline, no consequence.
Serbia is spending more on defence while its EU path stalls.
Brussels waits for convergence. Belgrade waits for opportunity.
