Alan Dershowitz accuses @MSF and @UNICEF of becoming "part of Hamas", an idiotic statement to say the least.

While he was defending Harvey Weinstein, Donald Trump, and Jeffrey Epstein (he seems to have a particular affection to sex offenders), MSF was treating people subjected to conflict, disease, and injustice.

in 2022 @MSF worked in 70 countries, seen more than 16 million patients, vaccinated more than 4 million children against measles, and treated more than 4 million malaria cases.

We admitted more than 125K severely malnourished children, treated nearly 40K survivors of sexual violence, and assisted in the birth of nearly 300K babies.

All this was done through the work of 65K national and international staff who did their work often at risk to themselves.

In #Gaza, we continue to work through our Palestinian and international staff in some of the most dangerous circumstances imaginable. Under daily Israeli indiscriminate bombardment of civilians and targeting of health facilities and workers against international law. So do our colleagues in the Palestinian Red Crescent, ICRC, and UNRWA. All of which happens at the cost of lives of humanitarian workers.

People like Dershowitz and their lies put humanitarian workers at risk and further limit the possibility of humanitarian work in conflict settings. This is complicity in war crimes.
