I’m a non Muslim, but like milions of non Muslims around the world, I stand for Gaza. Because it is about justice and peace.

The non-Muslims in Malaysia, we may not be outspoken, but the quiet humanity in us, we stand for justice and peace.

We all Gazans, Malaysians, Muslims, Non-Muslims alike, want the same simple things: peace, freedom, food, jobs and school.

I started to follow the uprising of Palestinian since I was 13 in the first Intifada. Many of you are not born yet. That’s how old I am haha… 😂

Since Oslo Accord in 1993, after 32 years, this is the first real opportunity of real peace.

Give peace a chance. I support peace in Gaza.

My son was in the flotilla. He is now in Israeli prison being mistreated. 22 Americans in all. Calls/messages to US Gov't officials are ignored. Many activists from other countries are already released. Needs national media attention.

I condemn in the strongest terms Israel’s interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla. These vessels carried unarmed civilians and life-saving humanitarian supplies for Gaza, yet they were met with intimidation and coercion.

By blocking a humanitarian mission, Israel has shown utter contempt not only for the rights of the Palestinian people but also for the conscience of the world. The flotilla embodied solidarity, compassion and the hope of relief for those under blockade.

Malaysia will use all legitimate and lawful means at our disposal to ensure that Israel is held to account, especially in matters concerning Malaysian citizens. The safety and dignity of our people are paramount, and we will not allow them to be compromised with impunity.

As long as the Palestinian people are denied their fundamental rights and aspirations, Malaysia will stand unflinchingly with them. We will not relent in demanding an end to the injustice and dispossession that have plagued Palestine for generations.
