@rheem I got multiple warranty claim emails mentioning calling 800-248-3553 regarding questions however this number seems to be disconnected. What number can I call to specifically get ahold of someone regarding warranty claims?

@rheem The claim is for a water heater. My understanding is there was a recall and I have one email saying the water heater needs to be replaced and another specifying a warranty coverage amount that is less than the cost of a replacement unit.

@waitbutwhy Their opinions without the context and history of what lead to this point are just about as relevant as anyone else trying to isolate an event without the circumstances that lead to the event being accounted for. These aren’t isolated events. This is accountability in action.
