Some really interesting facts in this study, particularly the 3x3 matrix overlaying user privacy attitudes against receptivity to advertising. Not surprisingly there's a very high overlap between people valuing privacy and disliking advertising, but there's a lot more nuance too.
The most interesting thing about FLoC is that no advertisers say "I love using third-party data" or "I think our look-alike modeling is great!", so there actually could be a lot of room for FLoC to be as good as how things work today. Or not. 4/
