I have been waiting for my claim settlement for more than 20 days, and I have not received any proper assistance or support from Reliance General Health Insurance.

This is the second bad experience that my family has faced with Reliance, and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and empathy shown towards us. I have tried reaching out to your customer service team multiple times, but they have failed to provide me with any concrete information or resolution.

I have come across many people who have complained about the same issue, and I feel that Reliance General Health Insurance is not taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation. If my claim is not settled within the next seven days, I will be forced to share my experience on social media platforms and escalate this issue to Mr. Rakesh Jain, as he was made aware of our previous incident.
