Uber Eats locked my account and ALL payment methods over a chargeback I already withdrew.
I was never refunded (debit card) and am now being asked to pay twice.
Support keeps closing cases with “no response needed.”
I need escalation TODAY.
@Uber_Support@Uber_MEX@UberEats Here is the exact screen forcing me to settle a transaction that was already corrected with my bank — or be denied service.
Blocking every payment method I’ve ever used (even on other accounts) is beyond user support issues — this is improper enforcement w/o resolution path.
@Uber_Support@Uber_MEX@UberEats If this is not resolved today, I will file a formal complaint with @Profeco
for improper payment enforcement and refusal to provide a resolution channel.
I would prefer to resolve this directly.

• Emails bounce or redirect to broken links
• No human review available
This is denial of service with no dispute channel.
