Article I of the constitution, gives power of the purse to Congress. And more, don’t lie and say noone is giving specifics!

The courts did not overturn his incremental approach. Law is nuanced but you only see things in black and white.

@LauraGailRowe @SeanCasten Yes. I am an advocate for lower military spending. Congress often passes funding for weapons systems etc. that the Pentagon says they don’t need (usually because it creates jobs in their districts). But the place to go to stop that is CONGRESS, not the Pentagon.
