@GWRHelp No, not really l, not from station staff or drivers. Because of poor information at station I had to get on a slow stopper Reading to Newbury which let fast trains go part. Could have been on one of them at reading if we knew they were going.

@GWRHelp Well this just isn’t true is it. Please can you just be more transparent with your customers about WHY it is so hard to run trains on time. Newbury - London Paddington never runs to time. I’m currently on a train that left on time but then sat still for 10 mins outside Newbury 🤯
@GWRHelp 2 weeks of zero trains through Newbury and massive increases in train fares yet trains in the AM still always leave Newbury late or arrive in Paddington late. Will the service ever improve??

@parcelforce I’ve been waiting for a parcel that was due to be next day for over 2 weeks now. It’s been on the van and out for delivery twice this week, but still not delivered! Where is it? It’s ridiculous. Everyone I speak says it’ll be delivered tomorrow.
@DFSCare We bought the French Connection Zinc Sofa (3 seater and 2 seater) in July last yr & altho 2 seater is perfectly fine,the last couple of months the 3 seater really creaks whenever anyone sits on it. It feels like it isn’t old enough to have problems...can you help??
@British_Airways@British_Airways This tells us nothing! Still ‘locating bags’ & no update online since 4.30pm. There is nothing worse than a lack of information especially when it comes to the whereabouts of all your personal belongings. Such a bad experience to & from Glasgow this Xmas with BA.
@British_Airways Can you help me with when I will get my bags back...we were on BA 1473 & told tonight or tomorrow but the online tracking still says you’re looking for them. The whole planes bags were left in Glasgow so you must know where they are!
