I charged at one of your partner chargers last night, it was advertised at 18p per unit but I’ve had the invoice through at 56p per unit, why is there such a difference? The official brand app is 20p so I would have been cheaper going direct

@OctopusEnergy I got a new smart meter fitted around 2 weeks ago, for the first few days I was getting readings via a third party app but not octopus but then a few random days showed on my account but now for a week there have been no readings other than those from my mini
@OctopusEnergy I applied for the wrong smart tariff, I’ve not accepted the terms yet, is it possible to move to the correct one without the 30 day wait?
