Ordered @AsdaServiceTeam delivery yesterday. Driver came early while there was no one to take the delivery (only my autistic 17yo), marked as delivered and made no attempt to get shopping to me. 17yo now very stressed and has no safe food. Still waiting for an answer from CS

@AP_Teaching @RogersHistory I totally agree. I'm still struggling to get back into routines I easily maintained before lockdown. It's so much harder for young people to do the same, especially those with additional needs or home issues.

I'd be laughed out of my head's office if I said that my standards had gone up when students had lower scores, even if other departments had performed more poorly than mine.

@virginmedia That's really not good enough. I've signed up with another provider as I can get a much better deal elsewhere (and no doubt with better customer service) so will now be out of pocket due to paying either a one off fee or continuing to pay monthly for 2 contracts until I can leave

Just spent nearly 2 hours on chat to @virginmedia trying to leave after they sent me an email saying I'm out of contract, only for them to tell me I'm not and I'll have to pay £278 to leave?! I then got cut off while asking about putting in a complaint

@virginmedia It does show I have some time remaining when I download the contract, but if you send me an email saying I'm out of contract I shouldn't have to double check what you're saying is correct before I make decisions about what to do next. It's really poor service.

I've shopped in the autism hour at Accrington @Tesco for ages and it's been a godsend. But the last few weeks have been worse than visiting at other times. The lights aren't dimmed, the staff shout across the store to each other, and there's cages everywhere while they restock.

I felt so uncomfortable having to squeeze in between staff members to find the items I needed. I think I'd prefer having music to that experience!
