I’ve found overuse injury typical in gyms that do too much training with too little stretching and conditioning (or reverse)

@scoombsdpt The best thing you can do is prepare your patient well. Give them a list of items they should have nearby if needed and tell them to ensure they’re in an open space and free to talk. Try a mock scenario if you haven’t already to hone in on your wording as its even more important
