@OVOEnergy @g__j @OctopusEnergy @ofgem Hi Robbie, I've spoken to your CS FIT team many times over the last couple of months. I've also had two different Complaint Managers, Molly and Cormac, both of whom just blame @OctopusEnergy for the hold up. Is there someone more senior who can look into this?

@g__j and @OctopusEnergy how long should it take to transfer my FIT Exports to you? @ofgem say 4-5 weeks, but it's been 15 weeks with your CS guys blaming @OVOEnergy and them blaming you. Is it *really* this hard?

@evmanuk Obviously it's not suitable for all locations, and the output may well be low. But there will be output and for old but still working panels this will be an excellent final use. Good work!

Hi @AldiUK ! I charged my electric car at one of your stores last week (paying for the electricity), today I received a £70 parking fine! A little harsh I thought, can you help with some of the usual great Aldi service?

@LidlGB I bought these SD cards from you in Nov and just used the first one, it failed after just 90 mins use. I suspect they may be fakes. Can you help?

Hi @fireangelsafety I bought this smoke alarm last summer (along with 3 others). This one has just complained about a flat battery, the third since it was installed. The other three are fine. Any ideas?

@ravinaproject New nuclear does not cost twice as much as solar. Britain's latest nuclear power station is to cost £20billion. It won't by the time it's built in 20 years time it will cost 2x/3x that. It will also cost many Billions to decommission in 50years, which is never discussed up front.

@StarshipRobots saw one of your little guys this morning on my way to the train station. Strangely parked across the path. He was still there six hours later when I got back from London. 🤔 Can you check he's OK?

@mwt2008 Switch off the power to the unit, then check over/tighten all the connections inside the unit. Maybe in your distribution board too if you can safely handle it. Had the same problem with my Rolec a few years ago, a loose neutral connect been working great since!
