fearless feedback

Yet another person with all their own thoughts and no official affiliation. You probably won't take my advice anyway.

@swapmemeow haha I know - I'm here for the banter 😂

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

like how do AC actually forget to book an appt for angry people?!

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

TFW a CX comes in and AC have "booked them an appt" but they didn't get a confirmation email 😐 soz m8 it's the walk-in q for u

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@swapmemeow this dumbass doesn't know how to lift haha 🙋 luckily mine is included in membership 💃

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

CX complaining about a week wait on an appt., then complaining 10am is too early to come in for a walk-in bc they want to stay in bed 🤦‍♀️

[The Angry Monkey @depotmonkey]

Props to the customers that understand what a warranty is and what that means.

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@obsoletegenius @_fruitfly_ that's already happening in my store. Plus some FRS are running RFPs

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@AppleholicAnon that has truly made my day.

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@AaplExpert probably because my jeans rip at the upper thigh? 😂

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@GeniusAdmn it does but for some reason I'm having more problems then when I was RZ

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

Question for GB guys: when does the feet ache stop? I.e. How long until it becomes tolerable?

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@Poison29022822 @applesausing I second that. We have a care line for Apple employees - why don't you call them? They're great.

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@genie_star @creativtantrum @FRBastardSon @FRSwoes @FRS_Babe ahh okay I know what we're talking about now! Haha don't they expire in June?

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@FRS_Babe I opened the account to ask for advice and help 😂. Plus it's not my first time with the fruit stand...

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@FRS_Babe in out of store training at the moment - and I'm a noob. What is a Steve Jobs day?

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@techspesh over 200 staff, so I guess haha. You?

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@techspesh UK :)

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

@swapmemeow I've barely been in since the 23rd so I've missed all of them 🙌

[fearless feedback @fearlessfeedbck]

Day 2 of FRS training has taught me that it's apparently okay to be openly misanthropic. I'm liking this role a lot more...
