एसबीआई एसएमई ब्रांच सेक्टर 18 नोएडा और एयरकों सिस्टम्स इंडिया पीवीटी एलटीडी , प्रोजेक्ट एंथुरियम सेक्टर 73 नोएडा का बड़ा घोटाला SBI ने ग़लत मैप पर बिना UPRera वेबसाइट को देखे बिल्डर को दिया 80 करोड़ का लोन, इस पूरे फ्रॉड में एसबीआई और बिल्डर की साँठ गाँठ । बिल्डर ने बिना बायर्स की एनओसी लिए पूरी बिल्डिंग SBI को मोर्गेज कर दी 70% बिल्डिंग 2019-2020 में बिल्डर ने बेची हुई है ।बिल्डिंग कुछ २६ फ्लोर जब की बिल्डर को एसबीआई ने ३० फ्लोर की बिल्डिंग पर लोन दिया ।इस पूरे प्रकरण में एसबीआई के अधिकारी , नोएडा अथॉरिटी के अधिकारी और बिल्डर की मिली भगत है । हम लोग पिछले ७ माह से नोएडा को १०० पत्र लिख चुके है एसबीआई को ३० लेटर लिख चुके है सभी खामोश है । नोएडा पुलिस को FIR दर्ज करने के लिए ३०-४० एप्लीकेशन दे चुके है । अभी तक रिजल्ट जीरो है । बिल्डर हर्ष गुप्ता, सुरेंद्र गुप्ता , साहिल गुप्ता और अशोक चौधरी है ।

मीना भार्गव जीएम प्लानिंग का बड़ा खेल ये अधूरी बिल्डिंग को ओसी /सीसी देने में महारथ हासिल है । ये अभी तक अपनी सीट पर जमी हुई गई लगता है इनके हाथ कानून से भी लंबे है । नोएडा पुलिस हमारी एफ आई आर नहीं लिख रही है ५० ईमेल और लेटर देने के बावजूर नोएडा पुलिस खामोस है । डाल में कुछ काला नहीं है पूरी डाल ही काली है । ४ नेशनल पेपर में न्यूज़ छपने के बाद भी नोएडा अथॉरिटी खामोश है ।

Aircon Systems India Pvt Ltd Project Anthurium बिल्डर ने हम लोगों के फर्जी एफिडेविट नोएडा में लगाये है । हम लोगो ने 8/05/2026 को डीसीपी में बिल्डर के ख़िलाफ़ FIR करने की एप्लीकेशन दी थी जिस पर आज तक कोई करवाही नहीं हुई ।@CP_Noida @CMOfficeUP @PankajSinghBJP @dr_maheshsharma
