So many people ask me about $OPEN. Here’s my take:
The real estate industry is about to be re-done. And yes, all eyes are on it now.
How we’re different:
• When @Opendoor buys and sells $1B worth of homes → that’s $1B revenue. Heavy exposure to market cycles but massive revenue on the books.
• When @PropyInc processes $1B worth of home sales → $1B flows through our escrow bank account, while revenue is ~$10M. Less revenue but recession-resistant because we also earn on foreclosures.
