If this is what the highest court of the land has said, may i know why #UndriHilltop developed with multiple housing Societies in an area called #NYATICOUNTY bereft of even a single #FOOTHPATH. Safety of us citizens has been compromised so badly that we cannot even allow our children to ride a bicycle on the road or learn to navigate footpaths, as an area which has seen #uncontrolledURBANIZATION has very little to offer the future generations with #WaterTankers, #RMCMixervehicles, #Schoolbuses etc occupying the busy narrow roads making it impossible to walk. Why has this #fundamentalright of ours been taken away from us?

Request the planners to look into such gross violations done which only benefits the lobby behind this #unwanteddevelopment model.

Whilst uncontrolled urbanization spread in this belt over the last 7 years, no strengthening of the Grid or Distribution network has occurred. Further load is added to the existing system which is on the threshold of TOTAL COLLAPSE.

WE NEED NOT REPEAT THE ISSUES again, but hope that you would initiate action against the totally incompetent Board staff in the area. Please stop further development in our area as there is a total imbalance of basic needs vs supply...be it #POWER, #WATER, #STORMWATERDRAINS, #FOOTHPATHS, #PUBLICGARDENS etc. It seems we are living in an undeveloped state with what goes on in #Prabhag41 of Pune

Exactly 100% with you. Residents of #Mohammadwadi, #Undri, #NIBMAnnex, and #Pisoli have been suffering the same mess since 2005.

This entire belt was under Gram Panchayat / PMRDA. Builders happily submitted "Water Affidavits", got their NOC/OC, sold flats, and walked away. No one ever planned a proper water pipeline network. Today, societies are forced to buy tanker water just to survive.

Since October 2017, these areas were merged into PMC. But even after that, the administration had zero clarity on handling water-scarce zones. Residents are paying full property taxes, yet basic infrastructure is missing—no water pipelines, no proper roads, no streetlights, no sewage lines, no storm water systems. Nothing.

People kept asking: when will water come to our taps? Only then did the Development Plan suddenly appear at the Divisional Commissioner’s office. Even today, the DP is not complete. The Urban Development Department has been asleep at the wheel. Now it’s stuck waiting for Government of Maharashtra approval @CMOMaharashtra .

@Dev_Fadnavis — this needs urgent intervention. Speed up execution immediately. People are reaching a breaking point, and road blockades (Chakka Jam) are inevitable if nothing moves.

What exactly did citizens vote for with the so-called “Triple Engine Sarkar”? On the ground, where are the corporators?

And now, from 15th May, selective areas—starting with NIBM Annex, Mohammadwadi, Nyati County, then Undri and Pisoli—will get phased water supply from the 3 showpiece water tanks at Dorabjee Mall will be rolled out? After 15+ years of neglect?

This isn’t governance from the last 3 PMC Commissioner who just hatched eggs in their offices.

There ought to be utmost transparency as people's trust is shaken. I have lived 20+ years in Undri and have been disheartened on various occasions. Yet we continue to live in hope as there is confidence in @navalMH sir #PavneetKaur ji from their actions in ground.

A humble request to PMC to provide a roadmap for delivering piped water to #UndriHilltop keeping all factors in mind like; DP plan approval, Survey and Budget for laying pipeline & creating Storage Tank etc. Surely there would be roadblocks but together we can achieve our goal.

Expectations are high and People are watching....

From the Indian Oil Petrol Pump turn at Kad Nagar Jn. to Mohammadwadi Chowk and Undri Marg, a mere 1.7 km stretch takes 30- 40 minutes daily. This is not congestion — this is complete administrative collapse.

Traffic police appear utterly overwhelmed or busy collecting challans, encroachments, illegal parking, wrong-side driving, triple-seat riders, and blatant signal jumping go unchecked. People drive as if traffic laws don’t exist, crossing signals and ignoring cops like there are zero consequences.

Immediate action is non-negotiable: remove encroachments, tow illegally parked vehicles, and strictly penalize repeat offenders. Without enforcement, chaos has become the norm.

This daily ordeal after a long workday is unacceptable. Citizens deserve roads that function, not this endless song-and-dance of lawlessness and inaction.
