Thursday night, I lost my husband to metastatic #melanoma. I am so very grateful to the drs and nurses at @SeattleCCA and @UWMedicine who did all they could do while he was here and @EndofLifeWA for letting him go peacefully, on his own terms, when they could do no more.

also I’m vaccinated and just got it again. However, this time(!), I am 90% less sick than I was last year when I got it which left me out of commission for 6 weeks with multi-day migraines at least weekly for the next year.

@seldo As long as we can keep it to only “slightly” then we will probably mostly be ok. Some of us will always have our heads on a swivel when it comes to people but at least we will never get kidnapped from a parking lot
