👉 A young patient with mid-ventricular hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) presented in VT storm, refractory to therapy (Amiodarone + Lidocaine). She was transferred after a failed external RF ablation, having experienced over 35 unsuccessful ATP attempts and recurrent shocks within two days.

•1st RF → Termination of VT 1
•2nd RF → Termination of VT 2
•3rd PFA → Termination of VT 3 with PFA
