orders does not grant Lando the title already. He still needs to battle it out with Max. He still needs to close a 62 point gap. It’s not like Piastri will be leading 8 races and in the last lap gift Lando an extra 7 points by letting him pass. Yeah, that would be shit but that’s IS NOT how’s going to happen. All this means is that Oscar won’t be stealing unnecessary points from Lando when they are not leading races.

Yesterday’s strategy reminds me of Austin last year when they pitted Lando. At the time he was ahead of Lewis in a different tyre strategy and you guys pitted him to protect track position essentially nullifying Lando’s offset strategy.

I think you guys need to have more hope in the car and your driver. Lando has proven again again that he can get the overtakes done. We need to start thinking like a race winning team, our strategy dept it’s being super defensive.
