The list of metro cities as per income tax for HRA exemption still has only 4 cities - Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai.
Bangalore and other cities are way more expensive now. Please look into this and amend the metro cities list in new budget.

RBI repo rate is at 9 year low.But many of the Bank loan interest rates are at 3 year high.The reason is that banks which wrote off debts of corporates are trying to recover it from ordinary Customers.
