East Coast last week, that was a good one 🏁
A few cities, a lot of builders, and some incredible conversations.
Thanks to everyone who made it happen.
Where should we bring @daytonaio next?
We just raised a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation to build @daytonaio into the Agent Cloud.
@FirstMarkCap led the round, with all key existing investors and angels doubling down.
We're also thrilled to welcome the founders of some generational companies aboard, including @patrickc (Stripe), @tobi (Shopify), @AravSrinivas (Perplexity), @BrendanFoody (Mercor), @oliveur (Datadog), @adamdangelo (Quora) and @ericsyuan (Zoom)
We're a 35-person team. But that's about to change; we're hiring across the board, and we'd love for you to join us.
Well, this is fast.
We tested @nvidia's new Vera CPU head-to-head against our most sought-after CPUs.
8x faster to spin up 1,000 @daytonaio sandboxes. 2,000 done in 27.4s, before Zen 5 finished 1,000.
Like a Rimac Nevera hitting 200 km/h before a Porsche 911 clears 100.
Full results soon 👀
We just got a very special delivery: the new Vera CPU from @nvidia
Last month, our team visited the NVIDIA HQ to put Vera through agentic workloads on @daytonaio sandboxes. Today it's at our office!
Everyone's taking turns to run their hands over it.
I made a computer use agent that works without screenshots.
It uses the macOS accessibility API to interact with applications.
You can run it in the cloud with @daytonaio, connect it to any LLM, and control any macOS application.
Here it is building a simple program in Xcode:
Launch Week 10, Day5 - Linux VM based Sandboxes
You can now choose to create Sandboxes based on Linux VMs that enable both pause and fork features.

Launch Week 10, Day4 - Domain-level egress control.
Domain Firewall provides granular, domain-level egress control at the sandbox level.

For the last few weeks, I've been building a new project called Loopy[dot]computer
Loopy is an orchestrator for event-driven agent workflows. Simply put, it's an easy way to define agent workflows that should run when your data changes.
Loopy is open source, agent-neutral, and code-first. You can version control your workflows, use whatever agent you prefer, and host in infra you control.
I've been thinking about the future of agent automations (and loops, much en vogue these past few weeks) for a long time and while my usual method of exploring ideas is to write, it's been pretty exhilarating to be back in the saddle and shipping serious code. It's been a minute.
Give Loopy a try. Or even better, lmk if you want to contribute!
Launch Week 10, Day 2 - Windows Sandbox is now available to everyone.
Actual Windows Sandboxes that spin up in seconds, all licensing taken care of, same Daytona SDK.
Try them now. More information below. 👇
I am in disbelief...
Claude Fable (Mythos) one shot Replit
(A Mobile app that builds Web Apps)
Prompt was basically:
"build an app like Replit, that uses @daytonaio for sandboxing, and convex for DB"
> Builds Apps
> Preview App
> Open in Browser
> Edit app
hahaha wow....
Daytona has been featured on @Redpoint’s 2026 InfraRed 100.
Also, a hat-trick of @daytonaio appearances at Times Square!
The report recognizes early-late stage companies shaping the future of infra and ai.
