@gusgu The real problem isn't with the business model. The real problem is that most neoclouds signed a bunch of shitty long-term contracts in the last 2 years while models have continuously improved making compute dramatically more valuable so not capturing any of the benefit.
@MorgenHatton@gamestop Ehh, you're not necessarily wrong but I don't think that's the plan. Ryan is here for the squeeze. Ryan isn't here for some grind upwards. I firmly think the series of atm capital raises was because he has a plan that can actually force legacy shorts to close.
@teddy__com Although I do agree that something needs to happen soon. We've waited WAY LONGER than I ever thought we would. And it's Ryan's fiduciary duty to now deliver value for his longterm shareholders.
Doesn't have to be next week necessarily, but it has to happen soon.
@teddy__com I think your post misses some nuance. Gamestop isn't a normal company. Gamestop caused every financial regulatory body in the US to change its rules. Gamestop resulted in Credit Suisse having to be absorbed by UBS.
I still think Ryan Cohen has a plan.
@WillHants100@TheRobRedFord Democrat senate and house are the trigger. Talarico is just the most important piece for Elon cause his companies are all based in Texas
@KenGardner11 Elon isn't an idiot. This was all a ploy to win the US midterms. Elon's terrified that accountability is around the corner, and Ukrainian lives are a chess piece to him.
