In pieces after a tough day watching #WelcomeToWrexham s2e2. @PMullin7 please never feel guilty your insight demonstrates that you are clearly nailing it. The quiet space at the ground is such a wonderful thing @VancityReynolds, top work. #AutismAwareness
@TheFoodSnobUK@BenAllenGP Presumably my wife is having an affair then? She seems to disappear most days for 12 hours at a time. She tells me it's to go to work b at her gp practice but obviously that must be a lie...
Tense days ahead as Boris Johnson waits to find out if inquiry ordered by Boris Johnson finds that Boris Johnson attended a party at Boris Johnson’s house.
@Microbedoc2@skhirwadkar I imagine they're is an economy of scale element to some of that difference though. Exams suck as do their costs but it is worth it in the end, I spent over £4500 during my training (crap at written exams). Remember they are tax deductible, so you'll get £560 of that back.
@MaryRobinson01 please can you explain why you voted in favour of allowing water companies to dump raw sewage into our rivers and coastal waters. Only reason so far I can see is that Boris told you to? #SewageTories
@goldstone_tony 2 combi boilers on two levels, presumably one fitted in 1995 and one in 2008?... Serious answer, we have hive, but also linked in to the lights and various plugs round the house for security etc when not at home. Works well.
@AnaestheticsApp@lancs7 6 minute shuttle walk test gives some useful information in the absence of CPET. Not perfect but better than a finger in the breeze.
@MoosaFarhaan@girldoconline My now consultant colleague got 'tell me about etomidate' as his opening primary viva gambit. Turns out there is another white syringe...
@DevonMints@KerridgeTony@HLIinW9@ShaunLintern It should be, it will be, but in the first wave our 24 bed icu had 64 patients (just covid). Now we have 50 beds and can't keep up. The 8 covid patients are unvaccinated. That's 8 folk who could have a vaccine stopping 30+ folk having major/cancer surgery...
@TessaRDavis As a consultant Anaesthetist who was a CMT 1st the difference in phoning the oncall between the two specialties as a trainee was night and day, but so is their job plan. I expect to be called in. Manners are mandatory, good job planning and protected post call make this easier.
Today I'm again reminded how lucky I am to work in such a professional, dedicated team. Also grareful for the kindness of dozens of strangers without whom the outcome of today's work would have been so very different. To everyone who donates blood, thank you. #GiveBloodSaveLife
You don’t get to stoke the fire at the beginning of the tournament by labelling our anti-racism message as ‘Gesture Politics’ & then pretend to be disgusted when the very thing we’re campaigning against, happens.
