Never seen a worse website than @TfL for #ULEZ. If you have an account but forgot about it, it takes you through the whole registration process; @ end says 'something went wrong'. The tel # is wrong; recorded message only gives the right number once, too quickly. The worst!
.@ofgem you might be interested that Boiler Juice left my 91 year-old in-laws without heating/hot water since 6 Dec. Despite many calls & promises to deliver 'tomorrow' there's still no oil. This is completely unacceptable. Surely there are processes for vulnerable customers??
No response from @NatWestGroup. Not only do you apparently not have tech support, your customer service doesn't work but you also don't respond to messages. Very unimpressive.
Tried several times to pay in a cheque with @NatWestGroup app. No joy. 30 mins waiting for call to be answered. Really unhelpful person telling me to pay cheque in at my branch, which closed, then go to Post Office. Really?? Apparently you don't have any tech staff to help.
This is what #housedevelopers do. They rip out every single bit of greenery to build a house. Why is this allowed to happen when the #government is supposedly all for planting #trees? If we want better air and a better planet this will need to stop. This was a lovely garden.
Is it by malicious design or sloppy oversight @MayorofLondon that the Royal Marsden hospital Sutton is 200m inside the new #ULEZ ? Don't you think that patients, friends and families have enough to deal without having to pay the charge?
So @tavolinokitchen. On the positive side, you have very nice food and great waiters. But seriously - it's 2023 and there's virtually nothing on the menu that's gluten free! And you can't adapt anything. That's ridiculous. You should be deeply embarrassed.
I understand @SouthernRailUK that problems happen but why oh why is your ability to keep anyone informed of what's happening non-existent?? And I mean passengers as well as staff. Trains don't just run randomly so why can't you update your systems to reflect reality?
The only reason #WaterCompanies need to have such a huge increase in rates is because they've been ignoring the obvious & ongoing damage they're inflicting on the #environment and years of underinvestment. So now we will all have to pay the price.

Shockingly poor service @NatWestGroup. 2 hours & counting just to make a payment. You don't answer calls for ages, when you do I've been disconnected 3 times. Your callback service still makes me wait & there was a mistake in the last payment so I have to start afresh. So so bad.
@STRAWPlymouth This is so awful. Guess whoever is running Plymouth Council is totally detached from their humanity and their effect on what's around them. I'm sure there's a justification - there always is - but it's a false one.
So @PayPal gets 10/10 for being really helpful in tracking & providing information on a transaction which had gone very wrong. As opposed to @eBay which gets 0/10 for being utterly useless and not having any form of customer service. Thank you @PayPal
