@natalienkhalil Is allegedly making, let's see how this pre prints holds against peer reviews

Jak słabym ministrem trzeba być, że nawet kumple z partii wrzucają Cię pod autobus...

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@rust_ruslan @ResearchHub but you've probably heard plenty of publisher-funded ones

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@RetractionWatch I see this as a consequence of the "storytelling" push in research papers. Researchers are told to focus on telling a narrative, while they should focus of telling how they gathered the data and what the data says about their theory

@ross_prager Much of the hate towards using AI in academia sounds to me exactly as my teachers telling me some 20 years ago that Wikipedia is not worth using

Wait, the replication crisis is worse in economics than psychology?

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@cremieuxrecueil Out of actual curiosity, is it a way to separate thesis entirely written by AI from the ones on which LLM is used for proofreading and editing?

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@GolinoHudson Great work!

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@nkalamb Ah, gate keeping and virtue signaling in academia at its finest 😊

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@MJuzaszek Może nie powiedzieli którego?

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@DrKarleenG I understand this means we now have a reliable AI detector available, with decent accuracy?

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@RetractionWatch Fair for new findings, less so for replications. LLMs have absorbed the nomological networks between psychological constructs, so they may well reproduce known effects. Imho silicon-sample studies should be split along that line.

I wonder, why journals can't find reviewers for my paper?

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

We analyzed 40+ definitions of #sustainable careers from 93 studies and propose a model with four dimensions: health, satisfaction, productivity, and social embeddedness. The last one measures a career by what it gives back, not only by promotions. https://t.co/VUHcphoiEG

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

@PredatoryReport But that's still not enough for publishers to consider that maybe, just maybe, they should pay reviewers for their reviews

[Jaroslaw Grobelny, PhD @GrobelnyPhd]

I've joined the editorial board of Brain Theory and Intelligence Science, a new @SpringerNature journal on brain function and #intelligence, from neural information processing to behaviour, and on brain-inspired models, intelligent systems and #AI. Now open for first submissions.
