Gupta's Trial is a case against India's Modi regime for violating America's sovereignty and perpetrating transnational repression against Khalistan Referendum Organizers.

Nikhil Gupta is just a foot soldier who is being prosecuted for hiring a hitman at the directions of an Indian official identified in the indictment as "CC1" who was taking orders from the then RAW Chief Samant Goel and NSA Ajit Doval.

Samant Goel and Ajit Doval should be charged and prosecuted in the US Court for ordering violent transnational repression of Khalistan Referendum Organizers through the state and non-state actors.
