@timnotlistening @OwenRask The world still needs coal, so how's it so unethical? Shut all coal mines now and billions of people would probably die.. I'm invested in WHC so can't say I mind

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@kemery7 @_max_wellth Yes, that's the issue. If you replace Afterpay and Appen with Audinate, I'm still holding the WAAX in my super. I can do asx300 and indexes. Made a shortlist to look into today, includes MP1 and CTD

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@OwenRask @MattJoass produces great monthly updates and sporadic research updates (both only for investors though) as well as running a weekly podcast with @claudedwalker and @sage_simian. Can't get much better communication than that!

@crypto_cowes @AvidCommentator As if mortgage holders aren't increasing rents to help cover their increasing mortgage payments. Renters are feeling the pressure of higher rates. Measures to support house prices (immigration) are also bad for renters. The system is rigged in favour of homeowners

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@AvidCommentator @DFA_Analyst Rate more than tripling and repayments less than doubling, doesnt seem that bad 😂 never ceases to amaze me how clueless people are about big issues that will impact them which are discussed endlessly in finance circles like rising rates, rising energy prices, immigration, etc.

@OwenRask Is it really a monopoly when they compete with free public roads? Are there toll roads they own which you have to use because you have no other choice?

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@MrLu888 @gunsnrosesgirl3 Mr Lu your maths is off, it's lifting 140kg with the assistance of the buoyancy of that 140kg object

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@Mathan_Soma Never seen a bird flap so hard, that's amazing

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@CCM_Brett Atomos, successful product, leader of a niche they created themselves, saves customers time and money, big, global target market, management have lied, broken the law, inside and outside of work, ruined the business's reputation and run it into the ground

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@ElliotDodson @JavierBlas @OnlyFol35201188 Beautiful speedflying conditions 😅

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@sage_simian That's crazy. I just moved (on Sunday) into a share house in Melbourne 30mins to cbd by train, sharing a beautiful 4 bedroom house with 2 mature age guys for 260/wk inc. bills. Fully furnished, heated and cooled, nice carpet throughout. Sack the agent, have you tried flatmates?

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@strongmoneyaus @OwenRask @RaskAustralia I did it in silence and isolation, you make me feel selfish and antisocial. Sometimes to help others first we must help ourselves. FIRE is very empowering

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@strongmoneyaus @OwenRask @RaskAustralia Very inspiring and impressive story. From such a humble beginning and sharing your journey and learnings along the way. You make it so simple and easy.

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@strongmoneyaus @OwenRask @RaskAustralia Just saw your profile. I became financially independent at 27. I think I'll find it interesting :) finance and investing doesnt put me to sleep it gets me excited

[Harry Davies @HarryD1748]

@C_Barraud They've worked out how to fix their aging population? ☠️
