Complaint is by the victim Officer dated 21 Sep 2024 and after there was no action by this General. Then it was informed on cpgram. Now replying to save and misguide PMO. Why were they waiting so long and sitting on the complaints from the date of acton 12 Sep 2024 till 3 Dec 2024 when it was everywhere in news and when videos to that effect were provided. Shameful acts. There is no law and order. Unfit for rank and appointment. Till date no action on our complaints levelling severe allegations of Outraging the modesty of a women, illtreatment and continous harassment leading to her present mental condition. Child is being traumatised by these authorities at #40ArtyDiv, #2Corps @westerncomd_IA . These acts are not acceptable. This is not the way to treat women in command and her family and to the veteran. Powers are abused and no action because of @westerncomd_IA Judges of their own cause. There is no respect to the law and provisions . The same are applied as per suitability of commanders and affected offenders who were yesmen and have committed the misconduct and offence on the women who served for 21 years. I left the Forces because of the same. At present most of the Officers of Indian Army lack courage and they hide the same in the garb of 'orders and duties'. For that they are ready to lie. You all have seen the condition of my wife when I got her from the family ward. They have outraged her modesty. She was held by two nursing officers. Inquiry was for self-inflicted injury by those who are involved in the same. Law doesn't permit that. Who has advised the proceedings to be carry out in such manner. That Ltcol DAAG showed us middle finger during the process. Police Officials were also involved. The witnesses who have been examined have seen her condition. I appeal to them to come out with truth. Ideally as per law they can't do that. It's an offence and cognizance has to be taken by Army authorities. When Army Cdr himself is involved you can't expect justice. They tried to misled public and police by fake messages affe ting her character. This is the present condition of our Army. I spent 5 days in jail but have become more strong. It will take time but truth will come out. This was the Chit they placed at all gates of yol Cantonment. Our complaints were not addressed from Aug23 till date. When the ncw fwd complaint to SP kangra. She was asked to report to new posting under the same Command in 5 days! The FIR 33/2024 against 3 Brig and one LtCol was manipulated even when all the proofs and evidence were given by us to the police. The dirt is that they will not let you to fight the case. Case was listed in High Court and AFT and I was in Jail. Preplanned!! I was shocked about the findings by those who were accused in FIR . All the eye witnesses were disregarded I was not examined and the stereotype mindset were placed in findings. Adjutant General is brother of the same LtGen SP Singh, Brig Prabhu and Maj Gen Sandeep are the legal advisers and complaints exists, there are evidences against them! Can one expect justice? @adgpi Chief is silent why? The offences committed by them are more grave and serious and relates to crime against women. Merely because one is not participating in COI which is under protest one can't outrage modesty of women in front of men. There were videos of humiliation! Why no charges? Jungle Raj in Army! Today it has happened to her tomorrow it will be someone else? Where are all these govt paid Veterans? Don't you think it's inhuman? @shame for this present Govt ! Can one have faith on Doctors. After their repeated mis conduct. I have made this video to expose Brig Sumeet Arora comdt MH Ambala. Despite knowing mental illness act forced her to get the treatment of Brig Saini against whom complaint is made. Conspiracy or Promotion or ACR. We are waiting for a response. Fake narrative of illegal disciplinary proceedings are conveyed to everyone by hiding the fact that the said proceedings are conducted by those against whom the FIR 33/2024 is registered on the orders of Magistrate at Yol cantt Dharamshala. They can't be judged in their own case. And that proceedings are illegal being conducted in absence of women officer who has conveyed their wrongdoings from day one to LtGen SP Singh the main conspirator. When he found a complaint forward against him by @ncw to @SpKangra He got the women officer posted out from the Yol Station and converted the illegal Adm action to illegal Disciplinary action from the support of Brig Prabhu who was harassing this women officer. All details are their in FIR no 33/2024. In order to save themselves she was posted to the same command where Brig Prabhu is in Command. All these atrocities and exploitation, ill-treatment humiliation are the biggest crimes committed by them which has not only affected the mother but the child and family. I'm ashamed that people are silent, and have no guts to speak out. @PMOIndia must take action and restore faith in justice system.

The acts for which the lady is illegally suspended are trivial and the series of acts which have been̈ committed are more grave and deserve an answer.
Army Generals have forgotten the basic ethics and custom of respecting women or womanhood?
Have they considered her unblemished service?
Fowomenen, it's honour and dignity and that has not only been snatched but killed.

Why she was detained from 1230 to 1830 in 40 Arty Div by playing deceit of granting permission and not allowing her husband to accompany her on 05Aug2024 especially when she was required to be taken to PGI Chandigarh and due to ĥer suspension permission was required? The same day both couples were returning from MH Ambala where she was not ill treated & doctors were influenced.
Why Brig Saini is forcing her treatment on her who has stated clearly that he is on the orders to discharge and his report was made to the commandant on 30 July 2024 and his said treatment was against the PGI chandigarh who informed the high risk managment case and admission?
Why after such an action medical negligence caused due to which 4 attempts made and one in command hospital itself with no inquiry?
Why her medical documents were hidden which shows high risk but not given to NOK and the same were misinformed to authorities?
Why her injuries were hidden from police?
Why the JAG ,Staff, DyJAG despite knowing the commision of offences under Army Act Sec 47. 57 and defamation and insulting womanhood by the officials, are not speaking up?
The responsible Officers are :-
LtGen SP Singh who did not take any action on her complaints from Aug 23 till date.
LtGen Manoj Katiyar for the same and denying interview of COAS and responsible for the present situation and abetment to suicide and illtreatment to women officer under his command.
Brig Prabhu & Legal Officers under his command for causing injury to body & mind and abetment due to wrong advises and intentional misguidance to authorities?
Brig Vinay Gupta for carrying out illegal proceedings of Court of Inquiry beyond terms of reference and prepare fake findings not connected to the evidence against the victim and complainant and for not following rules of principles of natural justice and in absence of victim and policies. . Did the same on the orders of ltgen SP Singh to falsely implicate victim.
Why the victim was posted out to same Command as Additional Officer without any existing vacancy and when no disciplinary action was taken against her?
Why she was suspended after 7 months and that to in new location wotjout following suspension policy?
Why Brig Hooda was not charged for his illegal act of defaming a women by pasting her insulting papers at all the gates?
Why Brig Karnail Singh his new Commanding Officer followed orders land suspended her without even going through the Inquiry OR when he was made aware of the law that he is barred to take any action for investigation since she was a victim on same set of facts , witnesses and the judicial proceedings are going on in the criminal court. Was he misguided by Brig Prabhu despite being law settled by the Apex cour?
Who will suffer? It's a planned process of malicious prosecution. They have been wrong & those who are Silent and mute Spectators must read Regulations para 316 and 317 for the duties of an Officer and the obligation to bring dishonesty when it comes to Notice! I think they need to understand that this para is very important for an officer and a gentleman before he takes over command. @adgpi @India_NHRC
