Hey @elonmusk imagine how many more awesome @Tesla cars you could sell if either of the sales teams I've interacted with over the past couple of weeks were actually interested in selling one! #awfulcustomerexperience #ElectricVehicles

@att @ATTCares Where is NFL Network? I'll be cancelling tomorrow if it's not on, been one debacle after another since I switched to Uverse 2 weeks ago. Bad box got replaced today, bad installation initially and now this #awfulcustomerexperience

When your courier doesn’t pick up your parcels because they’re too heavy’... isn’t that like, your job? @Hermesparcels what is going on? They’ve still not been collected and there’s no way to contact you on the website #AwfulCustomerExperience

.@VerizonFios gave me a 7-10 min hold estimate. 2 hours and counting. Trying to order a Video On Demand. Could’ve watched the whole thing already. @VerizonSupport #AwfulCustomerExperience

@BritishGasHelp I’m sad too Jake, as it was another 90 minutes out of my day. I hope to receive a response swiftly and adequate resolution. All very unnecessary stress. #awfulcustomerexperience
