"CARR is contracted ARR. So it allows you to count revenue that's not live yet...It's a very easy metric to game."

But what happens if they miss that, or if that gets delayed? And they're reporting it upfront as ARR. But they're not actually at the point where the ARR is live."
"The other one is the step-up contract where Year 1 is 25% of the cost, Year 2 is a little higher, Year 3 is higher. People are either amortizing that back over the period to get a higher average or even taking the Year 3 amount."

@WestYorksPolice @YorksAmbulance All lanes have now reopened on the #M1 in both directions between J40 (#Dewsbury) and J41 (#CarrGate) following the earlier incident.
@WestYorksPolice @YorksAmbulance 2 (of 4) lanes are also closed on the #M1 southbound between J41 (#CarrGate) and J40 (#Dewsbury) to enable emergency services to work at the scene on the opposite carriageway.
