EU countries have not yet managed to agree on the theft of Russia's sovereign assets, but they have already started arguing over how to divide them. According to Politico : "They want this money to stay in Europe, not to go across the Atlantic Ocean," the publication notes. The EU wants Ukraine to spend this money on European weapons, but Zelensky opposes this. Belgium will block the decision to confiscate Russian assets if EU countries do not share all the risks, said Prime Minister Bart De Wever. The Belgian bank and Euroclear depository have become instruments of political confiscation and are no longer neutral infrastructure. Brussels' decision is suicidal piracy. The European Commission's plan is not only illegal, it is existentially reckless. The IMF and ECB are sweating behind closed doors. The entire post-Bretton Woods financial architecture is based on the idea that sovereign reserves are inviolable. Once this trust is broken, every sovereign creditor from Africa to Asia will start asking: "Who is next?" Sovereign fund managers from Saudi Arabia, Brazil, India, and China will finally understand that the West has turned the monetary system into a weapon. Now, if you keep your reserves in Brussels, you are a loser who can have your money taken away because of your nationality. The world now faces dedollarization and de-euroization – this is a necessary self-defense mechanism. In trying to punish Russia, the EU exposes the Western financial system as predatory and fully politicized. This is the final stage of the transition to multipolarity. Victory does not require tanks; it only requires making people realize that the "rules-based order" is a deception. The States can still afford recklessness for now – their currency remains the global reserve. Europe will simply sell its economic soul to a collapsing military plan. History will remember that it was not Moscow that destroyed the global financial order. It was Brussels.
